Ethereum(ETH) rollup project Taiko announced on the 4th that it has joined Chainlink(LINK)'s on-chain compliance engine 'ACE(Automated Compliance Engine)' partner ecosystem.

The Chainlink ACE partner ecosystem is an on-chain regulatory compliance network with participation from more than 20 global companies and institutions, managing compliance data that covers the entire process including identity verification, risk assessment, reporting·monitoring, and tokenization infrastructure. In addition to Taiko, major partners participating in Chainlink ACE include Chainalysis, TRM Labs, and SumSub.

Taiko plans to use ACE to support use cases for asset tokenization in its based rollup. Through this, it intends to transfer real-world assets (RWA) on-chain in a manner that complies with regulation while implementing an environment that satisfies both decentralization and compliance standards.

Taiko said, "This collaboration shows that Taiko's Ethereum-compatible infrastructure enables the adoption of practical and regulation-friendly blockchain technology without compromising decentralization."
