24-hour futures liquidation amount nears $300 million

Over the past 24 hours, position liquidations in the perpetual futures market for cryptoassets (cryptocurrencies) reached 315.94 million dollars.

According to CoinGlass data on the 6th (local time), a total of 315.94 million dollars worth of futures positions were liquidated in the cryptoasset market over the past 24 hours. Specifically, long positions worth 129.35 million dollars were liquidated, and short positions worth 186.59 million dollars were liquidated.

The asset with the largest liquidation was Ethereum (ETH). Ethereum experienced 90.07 million dollars in position liquidations over 24 hours, of which long positions and short positions were 32.35 million dollars and 57.72 million dollars, respectively.

Bitcoin (BTC) saw 65.63 million dollars in liquidations during the same period, of which long positions were 24.01 million dollars and short positions were 41.62 million dollars.
