Google integrates prediction market data…supports real-time probability search for Polymarket and Kalshi

Google is directly integrating real-time probability data from the blockchain-based prediction market platforms Polymarket and Kalshi into its Search and Google Finance.

According to CoinDesk on the 6th (local time), users will be able to immediately check Polymarket's and Kalshi's real-time market prediction probabilities and fluctuation trends using only natural-language questions.

This feature is part of Google's strategy to overhaul financial services around AI. The revamped Google Finance adds a Gemini-based deep search feature in addition to prediction market data, providing citation-style long-form analyses of company earnings and economic indicators. It also newly includes real-time earnings-release tracking and summarization features.

Tturi Polymarket operates overseas due to regulatory issues within the United States, but is expected to increase public recognition through this Google integration. This is one of the first cases of a major tech company introducing real-time prediction market data into consumer-facing services.

Google is currently providing the feature first to Google Labs users and plans to expand it worldwide soon. The updated Google Finance will also expand to regions outside the United States, with India reported as the first target country.
