Leap Therapeutics said on the 12th (local time) that it has adopted a Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) to accumulate Zcash. Leap Therapeutics also purchased approximately 203,775 ZEC. Leap Therapeutics said, "Zcash is one of the oldest privacy-preserving blockchains," and "we consider Zcash to be digital privacy in the form of an asset."
Leap Therapeutics also plans to change its corporate name to 'Cypherpunk Technologies'. The Nasdaq ticker will change to CYPH from the 14th.
Meanwhile, as of 9:44 p.m. that day, Zcash was trading on CoinMarketCap at $467.47, down 1.1% from the previous day.
