Summary
- Ethereum(ETH) liquidity has effectively been 'reset' to past major low levels.
- Altcoin Vector indicated the possibility of entering a bottoming phase after a liquidity collapse.
- If liquidity recovers within the coming weeks, a rebound is likely; if recovery is delayed, prolonged sideways movement and weakening structural stability are a concern.
An analysis has suggested that Ethereum (ETH) liquidity has fallen to a level that is effectively 'reset.' It has reverted to the levels seen during past major bottom periods.
On the 17th (local time), Altcoin Vector, the altcoin analysis account of SwissBlock, said on X (formerly Twitter) that "ETH liquidity has been completely reset" and that "this is very similar to the condition seen at past major lows."
Altcoin Vector stated that "after liquidity collapses, there tends to be a few weeks of bottoming rather than a structural decline," and analyzed that "ETH now appears to have entered such an adjustment and bottoming phase. It's only a matter of time."
He also added that "if liquidity recovers within the coming weeks, the chance of a rebound is high," but "if recovery is delayed, prolonged sideways trading may follow and ETH's structural stability could weaken."
