Bithumb Nanum held a 'kimchi-sharing' event on the 22nd with the Jangan 1-dong Community Service Center in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to support vulnerable households in winter and delivered 1,500 heads of kimchi it had directly prepared to 500 local households in need.

About 40 Bithumb employees and about 10 staff members from the Jangan 1-dong Community Service Center participated, assisting with the entire process from salting the napa cabbage to mixing the seasoning, dividing, and packaging. The finished kimchi was delivered directly to local residents on the same day.

Bithumb Nanum said that through this kimchi-sharing activity, it realized a collaborative form of volunteerism involving the public and private sectors, beyond simple material support.

A Bithumb Nanum representative said, "We hope this kimchi-sharing will be of some help to local residents' winter preparations. We will continue to provide tailored support to places in need."
