On the 1st (local time), according to digital asset (cryptocurrency) specialist media CoinDesk, QCP Capital said in a recent report, "Asia-origin negative factors such as Japan's interest rate hikes, market liquidity tightening, and potential selling pressure from strategies have sequentially triggered weakness."
QCP said, "The current core of the market is whether prior lows will be defended," and analyzed, "In particular, depending on how liquidity flows and strategy sell-off risk unfold, it will be decided whether BTC finishes the year higher or lower."
Bitcoin has recently been increasing volatility as global macro variables and concerns about institutional selling overlap. QCP added, "This week will be a turning point that determines the year-end direction."
