On the 2nd (local time), Binance said in a notice that it would launch the RLSUSDT perpetual futures at 10:00 that day (UTC; 19:00 Korean time on the 2nd). The product uses USDⓈ-M margin and provides up to 20x leverage.

Meanwhile, Rayls(Rayls) is a project that positions itself as a financial infrastructure blockchain connecting traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi).
