In such cases, we will inform you via a separate notice.⁃ For virtual assets whose trading support has been ended, conversion to Korean won is not possible and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, you can withdraw after entering additional recipient information or after approving an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).⁃ All unfilled orders after the trading support end date will be canceled in bulk.⁃ Existing transaction histories will be retained even after the withdrawal support end schedule.⁃ You must have a deposit wallet address issued for the relevant virtual asset before the trading support end schedule to be able to withdraw after trading support ends.⁃ During the process of ending trading support, the trading support end period may be shortened due to laws, requirements from authorities, or the occurrence of special circumstances. In that case, we will notify you via a separate notice.- Even after the withdrawal support period has passed, you can request withdrawals through the Coinone Customer Center. However, withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading may incur certain fees.
