[Upbit] Emergency Inspection Notice for Digital Asset Deposit and Withdrawal Service (Completed)

Hello. This is Upbit.

After the inspection announced on 2025-11-27, Upbit has been conducting inspection work sequentially to enhance the stability and security of the digital asset wallet system.

From 2025-11-28, we have been providing notices of deposit and withdrawal resumptions by network sequentially, and with all inspections and resumption work completed, we inform you that the digital asset deposit and withdrawal service inspection has been completed as of this announcement.

Notes

Digital assets that were distributed via airdrop, delisted from trading support, or designated as cautionary items will have withdrawals resumed only.

Digital assets whose deposits and withdrawals were suspended prior to the inspection for separate reasons may remain suspended until those reasons are resolved.

We are doing our best to support a stable deposit and withdrawal service, and will provide safer services with a strengthened security system, placing members' assets as our top priority.

We inform you that an emergency inspection of certain components of the wallet system has been conducted to provide a stable digital asset deposit and withdrawal environment.

Inspection Time

We will announce the inspection completion time once it is completed.

*This inspection may be postponed or canceled depending on market conditions. If there are any changes related to the inspection, we will provide additional notices through this announcement.

Temporary suspension of all digital asset deposits and withdrawals and deposit return procedures during the inspection period

Temporary suspension of NFT deposit and withdrawal within the Upbit NFT service

Temporary suspension of staking applications

Notes

All services other than those affected by the inspection are available as normal.

Please note that digital asset prices may change rapidly before and after the deposit and withdrawal inspection time, or price differences with other exchanges may occur, so please be cautious when investing.

During the digital asset deposit and withdrawal service inspection time, deposits and withdrawals of digital assets will not be available, so members who need to deposit or withdraw should do so before the suspension.

If deposits/withdrawals are suspended, deposit processing may be delayed due to network congestion, etc., and there may be a difference between the time a blockchain network transaction is confirmed and the time the deposit is reflected.

Deposits or withdrawals may occur on some blockchain networks before or after the deposit/withdrawal suspension time, but depending on our wallet system's processing status, normal processing is not possible during the inspection period. After the inspection ends, they will be processed sequentially following a verification process, so posting to member accounts may be delayed.

After the resumption of deposit and withdrawal services, reflection of deposits and withdrawals may be delayed depending on block processing that occurred during the inspection time, and deposits and withdrawals will proceed sequentially as block processing is completed.

Staking applications will be temporarily suspended during the deposit and withdrawal support suspension period. However, unstaking applications are available normally, and amounts that complete unstaking will be reflected after deposits and withdrawals are resumed. (Staking rewards and validators operated by Upbit (Validator) are not affected by the deposit and withdrawal suspension.)

NFT deposit and withdrawal within the Upbit NFT service will be suspended during the deposit and withdrawal support suspension period.
