According to industry sources on the 8th, the organization will serve as a control tower overseeing the formulation and execution of group-level AI·digital strategies. BNK Financial Group plans to discover new digital business models and strengthen the foundation for financial service efficiency through the research organization.
The research organization will operate in two divisions: AI strategy and digital asset strategy. The AI division will review work efficiency based on generative AI and application models, and the digital asset division will focus on researching the business potential related to payments·stablecoins.
Advisory committee members will include experts in AI, digital assets, and legal fields, as well as figures from academia and local governments, and BNK Financial Group's staff will carry out the research. The group plans to produce the first research results by March next year.
