Reasons for termination of trading support

Ai16z (AI16Z) was designated as a trading caution item on December 24, 2025, after a comprehensive review found multiple deficiencies and the potential for user harm, including confirmation that material matters that could have a significant impact on the value of the virtual asset were not disclosed in a timely and appropriate manner or were arbitrarily changed without justifiable reasons, as well as issues regarding the transparency and reasonableness of procedures for changes to material matters and the transparency of virtual asset operations. Subsequently, we conducted a thorough review, including requesting explanatory materials from Ai16z (AI16Z), but no materials were identified that would justify a determination that the reasons for designation as a trading caution item had been resolved. Accordingly, to protect users, we will terminate trading support for Ai16z (AI16Z).

Cautions

⁃ When trading a virtual asset for which termination of trading support has been decided, please be mindful of sharp price volatility.

• Deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended upon designation as a trading caution item or termination of trading support. In such cases, we will provide notice through a separate announcement.

⁃ For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, conversion to KRW value is not possible, and the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Accordingly, you may withdraw only after entering additional recipient information or obtaining approval via an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

⁃ All unfilled orders after the termination date of trading support will be canceled in bulk.

⁃ Existing transaction history will be retained even after the withdrawal support termination schedule.

⁃ You must have an deposit wallet address issued for the relevant virtual asset prior to the termination of trading support in order to be able to withdraw even after trading support ends.

⁃ The period for termination of trading support may be shortened due to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or exceptional circumstances during the termination process. In such cases, we will notify you via a separate announcement.

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued, and accordingly the value of the virtual asset may decline or disappear.
