According to Walter Bloomberg, a breaking-news account, on the 12th (local time), President Trump said, “If the Supreme Court rules the tariff policy illegal, the United States could find itself having to give back hundreds of billions of dollars,” adding, “That would cause tremendous turmoil and would be, effectively, an unmanageable situation for the country.”
