News has emerged that the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is pushing to introduce a 24-hour trading system for U.S. stocks through a blockchain-based tokenized exchange.

On the 19th, Watcher.Guru, an account specializing in virtual assets (cryptocurrencies), said on X (formerly Twitter) that "NYSE plans to introduce a system enabling round-the-clock trading in U.S. stocks through a new on-chain tokenized exchange."
