Reason for termination of trading support: On December 24, 2025, Yala (YALA) was designated as an item under trading caution after a comprehensive assessment found multiple shortcomings—considering the substance and sustainability of the business related to the virtual asset, as well as the transparency and reasonableness of procedures for material changes—along with a potential risk of user harm. Thereafter, we closely reviewed the matter, including requesting explanatory materials from Yala (YALA), but we were unable to confirm materials sufficient to determine that the reasons for the trading-caution designation had been resolved.
