Quack AI (Quack AI) will host a builder-focused event at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) with the 0xU Hong Kong Blockchain Club, centered on the convergence of AI and Web3.
On the 6th (local time), Quack AI said it will co-host “0xU-Quack The Campus: ‘AI×Web3 Builders’” at HKUST with the 0xU Hong Kong Blockchain Club. The event is a side event held during Consensus Hong Kong 2026.
The event is designed not as a simple networking meetup, but as a small, curated gathering centered on builders and researchers who actually design, launch, and operate AI and Web3 systems. By operating it as a selective, non-mass event, the organizers aim to increase the depth and practical value of discussions.
Key topics in the latest convergence space will be covered, including Autonomous Agents, ZKML, privacy technologies, and AI×Web3 system design. Presentations are also scheduled from industry speakers including Rix, Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Quack AI, and Gracy Chen, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bitget. In addition, participants will be offered resume reviews through programs aimed at career and hiring linkages, project pitching, and opportunities for direct communication with industry stakeholders.
As university partners, blockchain communities from more than 20 Asian and global universities will participate, including HKUST as well as The University of Hong Kong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, Nanyang Technological University, Imperial College London, and the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Quack AI is a project developing a Q402-based execution layer for the AI agent economy, focusing on building a policy-based execution flow so that AI agents can carry out real payments and on-chain actions.
“Quack The Campus” is not a one-off event but the start of a global campus builder series. It plans to expand to South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and to continuously operate a university-based AI×Web3 builder network.
