On the 9th, Michael Saylor, chairman of Strategy, said on X (formerly Twitter) that “Strategy (last week) deployed about $90 million to purchase an additional 1,142 bitcoins at an average price of $78,815 per bitcoin.”
With the latest purchase, Strategy’s total bitcoin holdings rose to 714,644. According to Saylor, the cumulative purchase amount is about $54.35 billion, and the average purchase price is $76,056.
