Michael Saylor, chairman of Strategy, disclosed that the company has made an additional purchase of bitcoin (BTC).
On the 2nd, Saylor said on X (formerly Twitter) that “Strategy bought 3,015 bitcoins for about $204.1 million,” adding that “the average purchase price was about $67,700 per bitcoin.”
He continued, “As of the 1st, Strategy holds a total of 720,737 bitcoins,” and added that “the total purchase amount is about $54.77 billion, with an average purchase price of about $75,985.”
With this purchase, Strategy’s bitcoin holdings have surpassed 720,000.
