On the 5th (local time), Walter Bloomberg reported that Iran said it has no plan to block the Strait of Hormuz.

Earlier on the 3rd, multiple foreign media outlets reported that a senior official of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) had issued a warning that Iran would block the Strait of Hormuz.
