Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a televised address on the 7th (local time) that Israel will "continue strikes with full force to root out Iran’s regime," adding that "Israel has complete control of the skies over Tehran."

According to AFP and The Times of Israel, Netanyahu said in a video address that "Israel has drawn up astonishing and meticulous plans for the next phase of the war," and that it will "destabilize the regime and bring about change."

He also told the Iranian people that "the moment of truth is approaching," claiming that "Israel is not seeking to divide Iran, but to free it from the yoke of tyranny and coexist."

Earlier, the Israeli military said it carried out about 3,400 airstrikes on Iran and dropped 7,500 munitions in the first week after launching military operations against Iran on the 28th of last month together with the United States. Iran’s state-run IRNA news agency claimed on the day that the United States and Israel attacked oil storage facilities south of Tehran. This marks the first US-Israeli airstrikes on Iran’s oil facilities since the outbreak of the war.
