Binance.US, the U.S. unit of global crypto exchange Binance, has appointed a compliance specialist as its new chief executive officer (CEO).
According to crypto-focused media outlet CoinDesk on the 11th (local time), Binance.US named Stephen Gregory as its new CEO.
Gregory previously served as U.S. CEO of crypto trading platform Currency.com. He also held senior compliance roles at several platforms, including Gemini and CEX.io, overseeing regulatory compliance work.
