Chiliz (CHZ), a global sports and entertainment blockchain company, said on the 16th that it will participate as the main sponsor of the 'DC Blockchain Summit 2026 (DC Blockchain Summit 2026),' to be held in Washington, D.C., from the 17th to the 18th.
The DC Blockchain Summit is hosted by The Digital Chamber, a U.S. digital chamber of commerce. U.S. policymakers and representatives from global companies will gather to discuss blockchain industry policy and the direction of technological development.
Chiliz will also take part as a speaker in a panel session at the event. In the session, Chiliz plans to present blockchain use cases related to tokenization in the sports industry.
More than 30 regulators will attend, including SEC Chair Paul Atkins, CFTC Chair Michael Selik, and U.S. Republican Senator Cynthia Lummis. In addition, more than 1,100 people from around 600 companies worldwide are expected to attend.
