U.S. President Donald Trump issued a sharp criticism directly targeting the judiciary over tariff policy.

On the 30th, Trump wrote on Truth Social, “The world is laughing at how foolish America’s judicial system has become through the tariff issue.” He added, “Foolish judges and justices cannot make a great country.”

He also said of birthright citizenship that it is “not a means for wealthy foreigners to pay money to make their children U.S. citizens,” claiming that “the system began with the purpose of providing for the children of slaves.”
