Yzi Labs, the venture capital arm of global cryptocurrency exchange Binance, has made a follow-on investment in prediction-market platform Predict.fun.

On the 2nd (local time), Yzi Labs said via X that it had carried out a strategic follow-on investment in Predict.fun. Global crypto trading firm Susquehanna Crypto also participated in this funding round. The size of the investment was not disclosed.

Yzi Labs said the investment reflects its confidence in the growth prospects of the prediction-market industry. A Yzi Labs official noted that the industry’s trading volume surged to $64 billion last year, about fourfold from the previous year, and is expected to top $325 billion in 2026. The official added that improving capital efficiency will be key to the next phase of growth, and that Predict.fun is addressing liquidity gaps by integrating with DeFi to convert idle collateral into yield-generating assets.

Predict.fun said prediction markets are one of crypto’s most powerful foundational infrastructures, and that Yzi Labs’ continued support provides the resources and access needed to scale faster and execute its long-term vision.
