Michael Saylor, founder of Strategy, rejected claims that Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto is Adam Back, saying the allegation is false.
On April 8, Saylor wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, that "The New York Times claim is an obvious error."
He said arguments based on analysis of writing style and language patterns contain contradictions. Saylor also said there is a record showing that Satoshi and Back exchanged emails.
Those emails show the two were different people, he added.
Saylor said every theory remains just a claim until someone signs with Satoshi's private key. The debate over Satoshi's identity remains unresolved.
