Forecast Trend Report by Period

Changes in the structure of the cryptocurrency market could make it difficult for many older altcoins to reclaim their past peak prices, according to Andrei Grachev, chief executive officer of DWF Labs.
On June 13, Grachev wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, that “most old coins will never reach their all-time highs again” because “the market changed, but they didn’t.”
He cited the gap between the pace of market change and individual projects’ ability to adapt as the main reason. Capital and attention, once spread more broadly, are now concentrated in specific narratives and new projects, eroding the competitiveness of older altcoins.
“Ultimately, what matters is attention,” he wrote, emphasizing that market interest and narrative largely determine performance.
