Binance will list new U.S. equity perpetual futures tied to Microsoft, Broadcom and Alibaba.

The exchange announced on its website on Aug. 16 that the contracts will be margined in Tether's USDT. Trading is set to begin at 10:30 p.m. Korea time on Aug. 20.

Binance has been expanding its lineup into traditional finance, or TradFi, products this year. It began that push by launching perpetual futures contracts tied to gold and silver earlier this year.

Binance Chief Executive Officer Richard Teng wrote in a post on X on Aug. 15 that gold trading volume on the platform had surpassed volumes on commodity exchanges in major markets including Japan, India and Dubai.
