Israel Says It Has Begun Airstrikes on Hezbollah Targets in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley

Israel's military said it has begun airstrikes on Hezbollah targets in Lebanon.
In a statement on April 27, the military said it had started striking Hezbollah infrastructure across Lebanon's Bekaa Valley and southern areas, according to Walter Bloomberg.
The strikes were described as part of a broad operation spanning eastern Lebanon's Bekaa Valley and much of the south, targeting Hezbollah's military infrastructure.
Israel has recently carried out airstrikes targeting Hezbollah commanders and military facilities in Beirut, the Bekaa Valley and across southern Lebanon.
The latest military action comes as tensions remain high in the Middle East and may increase the risk of further clashes.
