Odaily, a cryptocurrency news outlet, reported on April 27 that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Washington had proposed talks with Tehran and that Iran is reviewing the offer.
The remarks come amid sustained tensions in the Middle East, renewing focus on the possibility of diplomatic contact between the two countries.
