Eric Trump struck a bullish note on Bitcoin, pointing to growing institutional participation as the main reason.

CoinDesk reported on April 29 that Trump said at the Bitcoin 2026 conference that Bitcoin is now in "the greatest era it has ever seen."

He described the past six months as a turning point, citing broader institutional adoption and rising corporate Bitcoin holdings as key drivers.

Trump also pointed to banks offering mortgages backed by Bitcoin as collateral as another sign of how the market is changing.

"The progress over the past six months has been groundbreaking compared with the previous three years," he said. "People are holding Bitcoin rather than selling it."

He added that he was willing to endure volatility. "Let's see who wins in 10 years," he said.

Markets are focused on how rising institutional demand could shape Bitcoin's longer-term price trajectory. A key question is whether those inflows will continue.
