MegaLabs, a blockchain technology company, signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with H Lab, a subsidiary of Neowiz Holdings, on May 7 to jointly develop Web3 infrastructure and expand the ecosystem.

The agreement was unveiled at the MEGA ARCADE SEOUL event at Big Place in Seoul's Gangnam district.

The partnership focuses on four areas aimed at expanding the MegaETH ecosystem: jointly developing agentic AI products based on decentralized finance; entering the real-world asset and security token market centered on domestic assets; participating in MegaETH's Rotational Sequencer program; and jointly introducing the USDm stablecoin while expanding the global ecosystem.

The two companies plan to jointly develop MegaSwarm, a next-generation agentic finance product, and explore business opportunities to bring assets including those in South Korea on-chain on MegaETH. H Lab will also participate in MegaETH's Rotational Sequencer program to help improve transaction-processing efficiency and strengthen decentralized security.

The companies also plan to expand adoption of USDm and broaden the MegaETH ecosystem through cooperation across global networks.

A MegaLabs official said the partnership would go beyond a simple technology alliance and help lay the groundwork for securing leadership in the global Web3 market. MegaLabs aims to deliver meaningful results through MegaSwarm and the expansion of the USDm ecosystem, the official added.
