Forecast Trend Report by Period

Digital asset investment products recorded $857.9 million of net inflows last week, extending their run of positive flows to six straight weeks.
CoinShares said in its weekly report on May 11 that global digital asset investment products drew a total of $857.9 million in net inflows over the past week. That marked the largest weekly inflow since April 24. The firm attributed the improvement in investor sentiment to the announcement of a compromise proposal on stablecoin interest under the so-called Clarity Act.
Bitcoin traded above $80,000 during the week, its highest level since the February correction. Total assets under management rose to $160 billion.
The US accounted for the bulk of inflows at $776.6 million, sharply higher than $47.5 million a week earlier. Germany posted inflows of $50.6 million, followed by Switzerland with $21.1 million and the Netherlands with $5 million, indicating buying interest across Europe as well.
By asset, Bitcoin led with $706.1 million in net inflows, bringing year-to-date inflows to $4.9 billion. Short-Bitcoin investment products, by contrast, posted $14.4 million in outflows, the largest weekly net outflow this year.
Ethereum recorded $77.1 million in inflows, reversing from net outflows of $81.6 million a week earlier. Solana drew $47.6 million and XRP took in $39.6 million. Multi-asset products were the only category to post net outflows, at $5.5 million.
CoinShares said inflows accelerated after investor sentiment improved following the announcement of the compromise proposal related to stablecoin interest.
