Michael Saylor, co-founder of Strategy, said the CLARITY Act, a US bill aimed at establishing a market-structure framework for digital assets, could become a key foundation for expanding global digital finance markets.

BlockBeats, a crypto-focused media outlet, reported on May 12 that Saylor wrote on X that the previous day's deliberations on the CLARITY Act could help open the next stage of digital capital, digital credit and digital equity markets in the US and globally.

He said the bill could serve as institutional validation for Bitcoin and provide a framework for a digital yield market structure based on STRC.

The market is also growing more optimistic about wider institutional participation as the US Congress steps up discussions on stablecoins and digital-asset market-structure regulation.

Saylor added that the CLARITY Act could also support broader adoption of Strategy's MSTR.
