Digital-asset platform tZERO is partnering with Aptos to build tokenized-asset infrastructure for institutional clients.

On May 12, tZERO announced in a post on X, formerly Twitter, that it is integrating its institutional tokenization platform with the Aptos Layer 1 network.

The company said the collaboration will allow asset issuers to issue and manage tokenized assets on a high-performance blockchain with compliance features built in.

The announcement comes as traditional financial firms move to expand the markets for real-world assets, or RWAs, and tokenized securities.

“We remain focused on supporting issuers building tokenized assets with institutional-grade infrastructure,” tZERO Chief Executive Officer Alan Konevsky said. “Major protocols such as Aptos are important partners in building compliant infrastructure.”
