Grayscale is continuing its push to launch an exchange-traded fund based on Hyperliquid.
Bloomberg Intelligence ETF analyst James Seyffart said on May 30 that Grayscale had filed Amendment No. 5 for the Hyperliquid Staking ETF.
The amended filing keeps the proposed ticker as HYPG. It also maintains plans to use about 2 million Hyperliquid tokens, or HYPE, as initial seed assets, worth about $130 million at current prices.
The ETF's management fee was not disclosed in the latest filing. "Still no fee field visible," Seyffart wrote.
The amendment appears to follow paperwork submitted a day earlier. In a separate post, Seyffart said it looked like a response to minor comments from the US Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as wording and formatting changes. He said he did not see any notable substantive revisions.
