Forecast Trend Report by Period

The US military said it shot down all Iranian ballistic missiles and drones launched toward targets across the Middle East and carried out what it described as a self-defense strike on a military site inside Iran.
US Central Command said on June 2 that Iran fired several ballistic missiles toward neighboring countries in the region, but none hit their intended targets. Two missiles launched toward Kuwait broke apart midair or fell short of their targets. Three missiles fired toward Bahrain were intercepted immediately after launch by US and Bahraini air defenses.
The US military also said it neutralized Iranian drones that had threatened civilian shipping. Central Command said it shot down three one-way attack drones launched by Iran at a commercial vessel legally transiting international waters shortly before the missile attack.
The command added that it carried out a self-defense strike on an Iranian ground control station on Qeshm Island to protect US forces and allied countries. Qeshm Island is a strategic location near the Strait of Hormuz in southern Iran.
No US casualties were reported in the clash. Central Command said US forces remain on high alert in response to what it called an unjustified Iranian military provocation during an ongoing ceasefire and are ready to defend immediately if necessary.
