Forecast Trend Report by Period

Iran warned foreign military forces deployed near its territory, as markets watch for a renewed rise in tensions between the US and Iran.
Walter Bloomberg reported on June 9 that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi wrote on X, formerly Twitter, that foreign military forces operating near Iranian territory are constantly exposed to the risk of misfires or accidental clashes.
He added that those forces should withdraw from the region to help ease tensions.
The remarks came shortly after US President Donald Trump said an American Apache helicopter patrolling the Strait of Hormuz had been shot down by Iran and that the US should respond.
The US and Iran have recently continued talks on nuclear negotiations and a ceasefire. At the same time, both sides have publicly mentioned the possibility of military action, increasing pressure.
Markets view rising tensions around the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf as a key risk that could lift global oil prices and increase volatility in international financial markets.
