Trump Says Iran Will Eventually Seek Talks as US Blocks Oil Exports
Forecast Trend Report by Period

President Donald Trump said Iran will eventually seek negotiations and claimed the US is continuing to curb the country's oil exports.
Trump told Walter Bloomberg on June 10 that "Iran will eventually want to negotiate."
He also claimed the US is removing millions of barrels of Iranian oil from the market and blocking millions of barrels of oil every night.
The comments came as the US and Iran continue negotiations over Tehran's nuclear program and sanctions relief.
Trump recently said the talks had entered their final stage while warning that he could take a hard-line approach if Iran does not agree to a deal.
Iran has made the release of frozen assets and sanctions relief its key demands, and disagreements over those issues have persisted in negotiations with the US.
Markets are watching tougher US sanctions on Iran and rising tensions in the Middle East as major variables for global oil supply and international crude prices.
