Strategy Chairman Michael Saylor said he has not personally sold any Bitcoin.
“I haven’t sold a single satoshi,” Saylor wrote on X on June 12. He added that Strategy is still buying Bitcoin.
The remarks appeared to address Strategy’s recent sale of 32 Bitcoin. Chief Executive Officer Phong Le said the transaction was largely a test to confirm the company’s internal asset-sale process was functioning normally.
Speaking at the Web3 conference Bitcoin Prague on June 11, Saylor said his advice to “never sell your Bitcoin” was aimed at individual investors. Strategy, he added, has never said it would not sell Bitcoin.
