Walter Bloomberg reported on June 12 that the minister said "all details will be shared with the public at the appropriate time" in line with Iran’s "responsible and transparent approach."
The remarks came after President Donald Trump said an agreement with Iran was effectively in its final stages and could be signed soon.
Iran’s Foreign Ministry had earlier said no final decision had been made on an agreement with the US and that a review by relevant authorities was still under way.
Fars, Iran’s semi-official news agency, also reported that the US had accepted Iran’s proposed draft. It said approval was likely, though a final agreement had not yet been reached.
Market participants view the US-Iran talks as having made substantial progress. Still, caution is warranted until both sides complete formal approval procedures and finalize the text.
