Iran Says Negotiating Team Won’t Visit Pakistan or Geneva
Forecast Trend Report by Period

Iran said it has no plans in the coming days to send its negotiating team to Pakistan or Geneva as discussions with the US continue.
Fars News Agency reported on June 13 that an Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson said the country's negotiating team does not plan to visit Pakistan or Geneva over the next few days.
The comment appeared to reject speculation that negotiators were preparing to travel amid expectations that a US-Iran agreement may be near.
President Donald Trump recently said the US and Iran had effectively reached a deal and could sign it this weekend or early next week.
Iran, however, has maintained that no final decision has been made.
Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi previously said that once final negotiations are completed, the two sides would sign the agreement remotely and then announce it officially.
Markets have viewed the remote-signing option, rather than overseas travel by negotiators, as a sign that the two countries are working through final wording and internal approval procedures.
