Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan to Speak
To Share How to Build Wealth With Digital Assets

“Is it too late to invest in Bitcoin?”
Investors interested in digital assets have likely asked that question at least once. Bitcoin has been rapidly absorbed into mainstream finance since the approval of spot exchange-traded funds. But with prices already up sharply, debate persists over how much upside remains and where the next opportunity beyond Bitcoin may lie.
Global experts will offer their views on that question at the Digital Asset Investment Insight Forum 2026, or DAIF 2026, on July 2 at Conrad Seoul in Yeouido.
Matthew Hougan, chief investment officer at US crypto asset manager Bitwise, is among the speakers. A former chief executive officer of ETF.com, he is considered one of Wall Street’s most influential digital-asset strategists.
Hougan will speak on “After Spot Bitcoin ETFs: How to Build Wealth With Digital Assets.” He plans to assess how the investment environment has changed since spot Bitcoin ETFs won approval and outline asset-allocation strategies using digital assets.
Bitwise is a global crypto asset manager. The firm has provided digital-asset investment strategies to institutional investors and wealth managers. The presentation is set to cover not only ideas for individual investors, but also investment trends drawing attention from financial firms and the wealth-management industry.
Other speakers include Geoff Kendrick, Standard Chartered’s global head of digital assets research; Oh Kyung-seok, chief executive officer of Dunamu; Shin Won-keun, chief executive officer of Kakao Pay; and Sohn Byung-doo, chief executive officer of Toss Insight.
