Morgan Stanley Files Amended SEC Filings for Spot Ethereum, Solana ETFs

Morgan Stanley has filed amended registration statements with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for spot Ethereum and Solana exchange-traded funds.

James Seyffart, a Bloomberg ETF analyst, wrote on X on June 19 that Morgan Stanley had submitted amendments for both filings.

He did not detail the changes. ETF issuers have continued to submit revised filings reflecting SEC feedback during the review process, Seyffart added.
