Local media also reported that Israeli forces attempted to move toward the entrance to the Ali Taher area in the south. Drones were also seen flying over Beirut's southern suburbs.
The reports said areas around Kafr Benit and Beit Yahoun, as well as the area between Hadada and Haris, were also targeted in drone attacks. Some areas were also subjected to airstrikes alongside reconnaissance activity.
Local media also reported that an Israeli military helicopter dropped sonic bombs toward residents of Beit Yahoun, injuring several people.
Al Mayadeen said the military activity has continued even after a ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and Israel. The Israeli military has not issued an official response to the reports.
