Iran said it has fulfilled its obligations under the agreement and that the US must force Israel to stop its attacks on Lebanon.

Walter Bloomberg reported on June 20 that an Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman said, "We have honored our commitments," and that "the United States has an obligation to compel Israel to stop its attacks on Lebanon."

The comments came as tensions persisted despite the announcement of a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah, with both sides continuing to accuse each other of violations.
