Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said the country's missile program is not covered by any memorandum of understanding, or MOU, and is not open to negotiation.
Walter Bloomberg reported on June 23 that Pezeshkian said, "Iran's missiles were not included in the MOU and will not be in the future."
"We will not negotiate our defense capabilities with anyone," he added.
