CEA Industries, BNB Treasury Company, Partners With YZi Labs and Revamps Board

CEA Industries, which is building a strategic BNB reserve, is strengthening cooperation with YZi Labs.

Odaily reported on June 24 that CEA Industries signed a partnership agreement with YZi Labs the same day. YZi Labs is the venture capital arm of global cryptocurrency exchange Binance.

CEA Industries is a BNB-based digital asset treasury company that had been embroiled in a control dispute with YZi Labs, its largest shareholder. YZi Labs had previously raised complaints about how CEA Industries managed its assets.

CEA Industries also reshuffled its board, appointing Ella Zhang, Alex Odagiu and Matthew Roszak as new directors. Zhang is a managing partner at YZi Labs.

The company said it will use the partnership as a starting point to deepen strategic collaboration with YZi Labs and expand the BNB ecosystem.
