SK Hynix Targets July 10 Nasdaq ADR Listing, Offering Up to $32.8 Billion
Forecast Trend Report by Period

SK Hynix has tentatively set July 10 for the Nasdaq listing of its American depositary receipts, or ADRs.
The company said in a regulatory filing on June 24 that it plans to issue depositary receipts worth up to 45.45 trillion won, or about $32.8 billion, for the US listing.
SK Hynix said it plans to use the proceeds for construction and facility investment, including the first fab at its Yongin semiconductor cluster, the Cheongju P&T7 advanced packaging fab, and machinery and equipment.
The final amount will be determined after bookbuilding sets the total size of the ADR offering.
SK Hynix said earlier that it had submitted a registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on March 25 for the ADR listing, formally beginning the Nasdaq listing process.
