Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, speaker of Iran's parliament, rejected US claims about how Tehran would use its unfrozen assets.
Walter Bloomberg, a channel that posts breaking international economic news, said on X on June 25 that Ghalibaf accused the US of falsely claiming the funds would be used to buy American agricultural products.
The comments came as the US and Iran continue to clash over the transfer and use of Iran's frozen assets.
