Crypto prime broker FalconX has obtained a Markets in Crypto-Assets, or MiCA, license in Europe.
FalconX said on X on June 30 that it received the license from the Malta Financial Services Authority.
The license allows FalconX to offer crypto trading, custody, liquidity provision and institutional services across the European Union and the European Economic Area.
The EU is scheduled to end a temporary operating grace period granted for MiCA compliance on July 1.
